DEMAR Logistics, Inc. was founded in September 1986 by it's current owner Gene Doerr to provide it's customers with well rounded, Third Party Distribution and Transportation Services. Initially, the Company's focus was geared toward warehousing full pallet lots and transporting the products from suppliers to our facility and subsequently to the end user. Over the years additional services were incrementally added enhancing our service portfolio. We now offer a full range of services that include warehousing, fulfillment, computerized order processing and assembly, reverse logistics, LTL consolidation, common and contract carrier transportation services with 48 state authority, residential home delivery, direct storer door,   international freight forwarding and domestic and international air freight forwarding services. We also offer return center services for processing returns and provide recartoning and product inspection for several major Fortune 500 customers. Additionally, we provide a full range of small package services, i.e., picking, packing, labeling and cartoning and billing for several of our business partners. Our focus for now and in the future is to enhance the quality services we already offer. Communication and order retrieval via the Internet has been completed in the past year. Since our major thrust is to become an even greater warehousing and e-commerce distribution force throughout the country, particular attention has been given to our warehouse systems. In December of 1998, DEMAR Logistics purchased a newly constructed, state of the art warehousing facility in Carol Stream. This 275,000 square foot facility and the services provided to our warehouse and distribution customers is our most recent accomplishment in inventory maintenance and warehouse management. Remote scanning, bar-coding, order processing and storage retrieval systems have been or will be updated this year. We strongly believe that DEMAR's technology and managerial expertise will help strengthen the management capabilities of our customers as well as provide them with measurable savings and superior service.
